November 21, 2007 - Suitable for heat transfer applications from -60 to +550°F, silver-filled Heat-Away(TM) 641 provides thermal conductivity of 5.58 W/m-K. Product is formulated as thick paste that will not flow after application. With stable viscosity over entire temperature range, grease optimizes thermal transfer between heaters and process vessels and various heat sinks used in heat exchangers and electrical and electronic applications.

Heat-Away 641 Silver-Filled Thermally Conductive Grease Now Available


Valley Cottage, NY - November 15, 2007

SUMMARY
Heat-Away(TM) 641, a new high temperature, thermally conductive, silver-filled grease developed by Aremco Products, Inc., is now used in heat transfer applications from -60 to 550 °F (-51 to 288 °C).

FEATURES
Heat-Away(TM) 641 is a single-part, 100% solids, silver-filled, thermally conductive, silicone grease used in heat transfer applications from -60 to 550 ºF (-51 to 288 ºC).
Heat-Away(TM) 641 is formulated as a thick paste that will not flow after application and the viscosity will remain stable over the entire temperature range. The thermal
conductivity is 5.58 W/m-K.
Heat-Away(TM) 641 is used to improve the thermal transfer between heaters and process vessels and various heat sinks used in heat exchangers and electrical and electronic applications. Heat-Away(TM) 641 is supplied in standard 50 gram kits from stock.
