Designed to assist end users in material handling, 5S processes, and Six Sigma initiatives, Easy Flow Gravity Hopper 31620BLUE features vertical design; large, angled top opening that facilitates filling; and FIFO sliding divider shelf that allows for proper lot rotation. Unit is rotationally molded from LLDPE and provides 50 lb weight capacity. Hopper can be used on custom rack, which can be mobilized with optional dolly and has 900 lb load capacity.

The new smaller, lighter 31620BLUE hopper has a 6-gallon holding capacity. The new size will assist end users in material handling and 5S processes. Features include:
o Compact and space-saving vertical design
o Large, angled top opening allows easy filling
o Can be used on a rack, louvered panel, mounted on a wall, or on a workstation
o First-In-First-Out (FIFO) sliding divider shelf included with 31620 hopper - allows for proper lot rotation
o Rotational molded for strength and durability - LLDPE
o Hopper weight capacity: 31620, 50 lb.
The Easy Flow Gravity Hopper, with custom rack, allows for greater capacity in sorting and stocking work cells, assembly areas and inventory stock. Perfect for 5S or Six Sigma initiatives, the custom rack can be mobilized with the optional dolly and has a 900-lb. load capacity. The new hopper bin also can be used with existing louvered panels by attaching the optional holding bracket to a bin and panel unit. The custom rack and bracket systems keep inventory, work-in-process and parts off the floor and safe from damage.
