Graphics for Small Automation Solutions

With the PP35, the B&R Power Panel(TM) series now has a complete controller, which makes displaying graphics possible even for the smallest automation applications.

Because of its compact design (6 x 4.7 inches), the PP35 saves space and is very cost-effective. The 160 x 80 pixel display with IP65 protection from the front provides the possibility for displaying graphics and, together with 16 keys and 12 LEDs, is optimally suited for simple operation and monitoring tasks.

There are two versions with regards to integrated I/O: A purely digital variant with 16 inputs and outputs or a digital/analog variant with 8 digital inputs and outputs and 4 analog inputs and outputs. If more I/O points are needed, the PP35 can access remote I/O via the standard CAN interface integrated in the panel. A connection to additional panels and controllers is also possible.

The CPU with 1 MB Flash program memory is well equipped to handle most applications. It goes without saying that the visualization application is fully integrated in the B&R Automation Studio(TM) programming and diagnostics tool and that all of the IEC programming languages offered by B&R as well as Automation Basic and ANSI C can be used for programming.
