Waterloo, Ontario – Dryer Master, the industry leader in moisture monitoring and drying control within the agriculture industry, is bringing true remote moisture monitoring and control to grain drying.
The new DM-Mobile web based application allows users to log into, view, and make changes to the settings on their DM510 drying control systems, without having to be physically present at their DM510 panel.
Simple and easy to set up, all that is required is that the DM510 system be connected to an internet linked router. Users can then use the web browser on their smart phone, tablet or PC to log into their DM510 remotely. They will be able to change modes and moisture and rate set points, view the operational information available on the standard DM510 screen, scroll through 24 hours of historical information, and see warning and critical system alarms.
To try out the DM-Mobile experience for yourself go to http://dryermaster.com/product/mydm. Since it is not drying season you will not be controlling a real dryer, but you will be able to get a good feel for what you will be able to do come drying season.
For 2014, all additional hardware, software and first year access is included at no extra charge in the standard DM510 product configuration, which is suitable for both new and existing grain dryers.
- If you are drying through the night, or running a combine and a dryer simultaneously, or just busy with other tasks, you will be able to monitor your drying from anywhere you have internet access.
- Your dryer operators will no longer have to constantly be in close proximity to the dryer to monitor drying.
- Site managers or head office personnel will be able to easily check on the current drying situation.
- Even older grain dryers will now be able to add and experience the benefits of remote viewing and accessibility.
