RED BANK, N.J. (May 18, 2004) - New AciTek clean room acid gloves from Ansell Healthcare Inc. protect hands from a wide spectrum of acids, etchants and solvents. Made from 100 percent natural latex polymer, the new gloves feature an aggressive grip pattern that assures a strong hold on glassware and other smooth or slippery surfaces.
A generous length of 13.8 inches to 14.6 inches enables the new AciTek gloves to protect the forearm while facilitating secure cuffing. A straight cuff design maintains cleanliness and protects the skin from chemicals.
According to Bill Bennett, Business Development Manager, Clean Environment and Chemical Resistant Markets, AciTek gloves are manufactured on ergonomically-designed, hand-specific formers for exceptional dexterity and comfort during extended wear.
