March 1, 2007 - Providing physical barrier between operator and airborne particulates and powders, Precise(TM) HEPA-Filtered Glove Boxes combine one-piece, medium-density polyethylene shell with black, chemical-resistant work surface, and in. thick viewing window made of laminated safety glass. Main chamber interior is 13 cu-ft and transfer chamber is 11.0 in. ID x 12.0 in. Boxes include 13-100 cfm blower and HEPA filters that are 99.99% efficient on 0.3 micron particulates.

The NEW Precise(TM) HEPA-Filtered Glove Boxes provide a physical barrier to protect the operator form hazardous airborne particulates and powders. These economical boxes have uses in pharmaceutical research, nanotechnology and biochemistry applications. These boxes may also be used for cleanroom applications requiring ISO Class 3 (ISO 14644-1) conditions.

Features include a one-piece molded, medium-density polyethylene shell with a black, chemical-resistant work surface sealed to the glove box floor; a viewing window of " thick laminated safety glass and space-saving inner and outer transfer chamber doors that pivot upward, are counterbalanced and equipped with quick-latches and pressure relief valve.

The main chamber interior is a generous 13 cubic feet and the transfer chamber is 11.0 inches ID by 12.0 inches. Inlet and outlet HEPA filters are 99.99% efficient on 0.3 micron particulates and includes a test port for challenging HEPA filter integrity. The built-in blower has a speed control capable of airflow from 13 CFM to 100 CFM.
