SP Industries' new large capacity glassware washers offer a unique spray arch water delivery system that ensures a thorough washing and rinsing process. This exclusive Hotpack feature projects a highly efficient vertical "wall of water" equally across the entire chamber. Separate plumbing systems for wash and rinse cycles minimize detergent carry-over to provide a clear final rinse. The results of this advanced engineering set a higher standard for clean laboratory glassware. In addition, a high efficiency water management system conserves energy and reduces operating cost.
Hotpack Large Capacity Washers are convenient and easy to use. A touch screen control interface, which is located at eye level, enables easy selection from a range of preset or user defined programmed operating options. Automatic door operation, with watchdog safety functions, protect the user from accidental malfunctions. Additional convenient operation and maintenance features include a tough 316L stainless steel interior for easy cleaning, easy access to plumbing and detergent reservoirs plus an ultra clear glass door to provide unrestricted observation of machine operation. A wide range of accessories and interchangeable spindle manifolds are available.
