Designed for service vehicle applications, combination unit features Kubota Z-482, 12 hp, water-cooled diesel engine; direct-coupled, 2-pole generator with 6 kW output; and 300 A DC welding output. Up to 500 A, 12/24 V jump start and up to 160 A, 12/24 V battery charging capabilities are standard. Able to fit inside vehicle side compartment without overheating, unit measures 30 x 16 x 21 in. without radiator and weighs 285 lb. Multiple installation configurations are available.

Unlike most combination equipment, Next Gen's package has multiple installation configurations, including a remote radiator/fan option. This enables it to fit inside a vehicle's side compartment for a quieter, more streamlined appearance without overheating issues. A standard, radiator-mounted version is offered for external use.
Without the radiator, the compact unit measures just 30" L x 16" D x 21" H and weighs only 285 lbs. It's equipped with low oil pressure and high water temperature safety shutdowns, as well as a convenient remote start/stop panel.
