BHF Series 50/60 Hz AC motor, with 4.09 in.² frame, incorporates inverter speed control and choice of low-noise, pre-assembled gearheads. Gear ratios range from 5:1 to 180:1 for right angle series and 3:1 to 180:1 for standard parallel shaft series. Gearmotor shaft torques range from 14.1-530 lb-in. Dedicated inverter provides ±3% speed stability over 100-2,400 rpm speed range and has built-in I/O power supply.

New High Power AC Speed Control Gearmotor
Torrance, CA - Oriental Motor USA Corp. introduces the new BHF Series of 50/60 Hz AC motors with inverter speed control and low noise pre-assembled gearheads. The motor frame size (4.09" sq.) is the smallest size 200W output motor on the market. The pre-assembled gearmotors include the RH Series right-angle gearheads with hollow shaft, the RA Series right-angle gearheads with solid shaft, as well as parallel shaft gearheads. Available gear ratios range from 5:1 to 180:1 for the right angle series and 3:1 to 180:1 for the standard parallel shaft series.
BHF Series gearmotor shaft torques range from 14.1 lb-in to 530 lb-in, depending on gearhead type and shaft speed. Motor only models are also available, with permissible torque of up to 11.25 lb-in. The BHF Series is available with an electromagnetic brake for applications with vertical motion. Three input voltage ranges are available for all models- single-phase 100-115VAC, single-phase 200-230VAC and three-phase 200-230VAC.
The dedicated inverter provides excellent speed stability (± 3%) over a wide speed range (100 to 2400 rpm). The inverter has a built-in I/O power supply. The BHF Series incorporates alarm output, speed monitoring output, and individual acceleration and deceleration settings.
