Available in Shaft- and Flange-output configurations, Series CSF-GH Quick Connect Gearhead mounts to any motor and maintains all benefits of harmonic drive gearing, including zero-backlash. Adapter flange and clamp-style shaft coupling allow assembly with servomotor. Cross roller bearing, used as output bearing, supports radial, axial, and moment loads. Unit has rated torque of 69 in.-lb, peak torque of 248 in.-lb, and gear ratios of 50, 80, 100, 120, and 160:1.

The CSF-GH series Quick Connect Gearhead has been designed to easily mount to any motor yet maintain all of the benefits of harmonic drive gearing including 1.5 arc-min accuracy and zero-backlash. An adaptor flange and clamp-style shaft coupling allows easy assembly with a servo motor. It is available in both Shaft and Flange output configurations. A high stiffness cross roller bearing is used as the output bearing. This bearing can support high radial, axial, and moment loads. The gearhead has a rated torque of 69 in-lbs and a peak torque of 248 in-lbs. Gear ratios range from 50, 80, 100, 120 to 160:1. The quick Connect is a high performance, easy to use gearhead.
