Suitable replacements for 5/8 in. dia coil springs, they have shorter overall spring length for most stroke lengths, full rated force on contact so there is no need to preload, tightly toleranced overall height and more force with fewer springs.

New Gas Springs Ideal For Stock Lifting And Part Ejection

Hyson Products introduces the T2SS-16 Series of gas springs designed for stock lifting and part ejection. Hyson Products is a division of Associated Springs, Barnes Group, Inc.

The T2SS-16 Series gas springs provide complete force adjustability, and feature seals that perform at all pressure ranges. A rounded rod provides optimal operation with side loading up to 50.

The T2SS-16 gas springs are ideal replacements for 5/8" diameter coil springs. Benefits include a shorter overall spring length for most stroke lengths; full rated force on contact so there is no need to preload; tightly toleranced overall height, and more force with fewer springs. Hyson Products designs and manufactures T2 and T3 standard gas springs, and Tanker® XP high performance gas springs with dynamic lubrication; Nitro-Dyne® XP manifold systems and accessories; the Dyne-A-Camâ„¢ Series of cams, and the DRACT Series of delayed return manifolds in an ISO 9001 certified facility.
