Series of compact rod-sealed gas springs includes 2 models, MT16 and MT24, with threaded upper cylinders for easy mounting. Four other models complete the line and feature initial forces from 675-2,100 lbs. Charge pressure is fully adjustable on each spring, and there is wide variety of mounting options.

New Gas Springs Designed for High Temperature Applications


Brecksville, OH-Hyson Products, a business of Barnes Group Inc., introduces a series of nitrogen gas springs engineered to withstand high temperatures to 120°C/248°F.
This series of compact and powerful rod-sealed gas springs includes two models, MT16 and MT24, with threaded upper cylinders for easy mounting. Four other models complete the line and feature initial forces from 3000N/675 lbs. to 9300N/2100 lbs. Charge pressure is fully adjustable on each spring, and there is a wide variety of mounting options.

Hyson Products provides solutions for metal stampers looking for peak productivity by offering a broad array of products from advanced engineered systems including press cushions and delay manifolds to the TankerŪT and TankerŪS high force and high performance gas springs, from the Dyne-A-CamŪ Series of cams to controllable systems, all manufactured in an ISO 9001-2000 certified facility.
