(Niagara Falls, NY March 31, 2003) Handling Specialty engineered and manufactured this gantry unit for the removal and reinstallation of railcar air conditioners. The gantry design features a guard rail, self-locking gate, safety hook-ups, double flanged wheels with locking brakes, and an access ladder with safety cage. The air conditioners are lifted from the railcar roofs via a 2,000 lb. capacity electric chain hoist.
