Supplied in Pb-free, 1.5 mm, 8-lead PDFN package, MASW-010612 is suited for switching between WLAN and Bluetooth functions to common antenna in smartphone and tablet platforms. Switch is fabricated using 0.5 micron gate length GaAs pHEMT process and offers settling speed that accommodates needs of timing-sensitive applications. Operating from DC-3.5 GHz and optimized at 2.4 GHz, product exhibits insertion loss of 0.6 dB and P1dB Tx/Rx at 36/34 dBm.

Lowell, MA - M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (M/A-COM Tech), a leading supplier of high performance analog semiconductor solutions, introduced today a new GaAs SP3T switch for Wireless LAN and Bluetooth (WLAN/BT) applications in smartphone and tablet platforms.
The switch is ideal for low control voltage, low insertion loss, high isolation, and small size applications. Packaged in a lead free 1.5mm 8-Lead PDFN, the MASW-010612 is ideal for switching between WLAN and Bluetooth functions to a common antenna. The switch is fabricated using a 0.5 micron gate length GaAs pHEMT process, and boasts fast settling speed for timing-sensitive applications. Operating between a frequency range of DC-3.5 GHz, and optimized at 2.4GHz, the MASW-010612 has a low insertion loss of 0.6 dB and a high P1dB at 36 dBm.
