Model NTS-6 motorized friction torque tester tests smoothness of bearing rotation and tightness of oil seals of small precision motors. Available in 5 ranges up to 18.00 lbf-in., it features selectable units of lbf-in., kgf/cm, and Nm; peak, real time, or continuous output modes; and programmable setpoints for Go/NoGo testing. Torque data can be continuously output via RS-232 and device offers accuracy of ±1% FS, ±1 LSD.

Motorized Friction Torque Tester
NTS-6 is a motorized friction torque tester that tests the smoothness of bearing rotation and tightness of oil seals of small precision motors, etc. while turning the sample. Available in five ranges up to 18.00 lbf-in. NTS-6 features selectable units lbf-in., Kgf-cm and mN-m or N-m, Peak, Real Time or Continuous Output modes and programmable setpoints for Go/NoGo testing.
Torque data can be continuously output via RS-232 enabling the display of torque profiles using data acquisition software. Accuracy: ±1% F.S., ±1LSD
