Utilizing 4 x 4 pack pattern, Fractional Quart Carton Caser packs quart (1 L), pint (500 mL), and ½ pint (250 mL) cartons. Servo control load head adjusts to various fractions of quart size cartons, is height adjustable, and comes with dual in-feed carton conveyors, case conveyor, and line breaks. Constructed of stainless steel, caser suits wet environments found in dairy and beverage facilities. Options include conveyor extensions and motor controls for incoming conveyors.

YORK, Pa., October 1, 2009 - Westfalia Deam Systems division announces its latest addition to their line of case packers, the Fractional Quart Carton Caser, which will be operating in Pack Expo 2009 booth #S-4919. This high speed and flexible caser, packs 240 cartons/minute into single cases and utilizes a 4x4 packing pattern. It has a servo control load head to adjust to various fractions of quart side cartons, and is height adjustable. It comes with dual in-feed carton conveyors, case conveyor and line breaks. Among the options available, are extensions to carton and case conveyors, and motor controls for incoming conveyors.
"This caser has a servo controlled load head which adjusts to handle different size cartons with a single HMI selection. Carton loading is not only fast but extremely smooth," explains Fred Beer, President of Westfalia's Deam Systems division.
