Footswitch: Comfortable, Easy to Actuate
A new line of round momentary footswitches that come in single and two-stage models for a variety of medical, industrial, commercial, and craft applications is being introduced by ConnTrol International, Inc. of Putnam, CT.
The ConnTrol Series 500 Round Momentary Footswitch features a molded fiber-glass filled nylon case and a metal base plate, with a resilient non-skid rubber pad. Easy to actuate from the top or outside edge, this durable footswitch is round and slightly tapered for user comfort and can be supplied with an optional detachable 8 ft. cordset.
Suitable for a variety of applications, the ConnTrol Series 500 Round Momentary Footswitch is offered with a 3A, 125 VAC or 2A, 30 VDC snap-switch; with custom terminations to match OEM requirements. Measuring 4½” dia. x 1” H, it is available in a single stage model and a two-stage design with the additional actuation separated by a distinct tactile feel.
