Linemaster's Clipper II Foot Control

Woodstock, CT, Linemaster Switch Corporation introduces a new line of foot controls, the Clipper II series.  The Clipper II foot control shares many of the same qualities as the standard Clipper models, except it is constructed of rugged die cast aluminum and is a little larger in size.  Standard off the shelf models are available with an Ingress Protection rating of IP65 and stainless steel hardware, which is very handy in inclement weather or applications where the foot switch will be exposed to the elements.  Rigid mounting holes are provided in the foot switch allowing the user to mount the foot switch to the floor or a piece of equipment.  Twin models for multifunction applications are also available as a stock off the shelf item.

Hi Dan,

The "C" stands for "Common"
The "NC" stands for "Normally Closed"
The "NO" stands for "Normally Open"

When wiring a 632-S Clipper foot switch you want to attach your hot lead to the Common terminal and your remaining lead to the "Normally Closed" terminal. The will produce a normally open function because the microswitch is preloaded (meaning the plunger is engaged when the pedal is at rest).

Hope this Helps.
