Food Handling Hoses for High Temperature Food Processing

June 4, 2007 - PARKER/PAGE offers High Temperature Food Processing hoses for the food and beverage industry in several types and sizes. All of these hoses offer a seamless tube that resists the collection of bacteria, preserve taste and are very easy to clean. For added strength and durability, each hose has added reinforcement that withstands internal pressures, a helical wire for full vacuum capabilities and a high-grade weather and abrasion resistant cover for longevity. All of the PARKER/PAGE Food Transfer Hoses are compliant with FDA, 3A and USDA product standards.

The newest hose, PAGE-flex SBF(TM), offers a superior bend radius (1/2 the bend radius of conventional fluoropolymer braided hoses) coupled with superior kink and vacuum resistance. For lower temperature and added abrasion resistance applications, the PARKER/PAGE FTHB (Butyl) and FTHN (Nitrile) hoses offer reliable solutions for sanitary transfer and for higher working pressures, PARKER/PAGE RCTW hoses (rubber covered fluoropolymer with an EPDM rubber cover) are the most requested hoses.

PARKER/PAGE Food Transfer Hoses are offered in sizes 3/8" up to 4" with a natural or conductive liner to reduce static build-up. Hose assemblies can handle temperatures ranging from -40°F/-54°C up to + 325°F/+163°C depending on hose selection and are offered with a complete line of standard PPIH crimp style fittings. Specialty fittings can be manufactured.
