EAO Series 51 Flush Mount Switch for High-Tech Industrial Applications

Milford, CT - EAO Corporation of Milford, CT USA, a premier global supplier of Human Machine Interface (HMI) Systems and Components, announces the launch of the Series 51 Flush Mount Switch for high-tech operator control systems in industrial applications.

These flush mount components have been designed to occupy just 34mm of behind-panel depth. They save both behind-panel and panel space, allowing for additional types of components to be used in space restrictive applications. This delivers a great advantage in flat-panel touchscreen interfaces, wireless remote controls, handheld pendant controls, or any equipment where behind-panel space is limited.

The Series 51 includes illuminated pushbuttons, indicators, selector switches, and key switches in different sizes, shapes, and materials, such as hard wearing plastic or aluminium. Different lens and bezel color combinations allow you to create good-looking, as well as functional controls.

Switch configurations of up to four normally-open (NO) and four normally-closed (NC) contacts can be obtained per unit. Depending on the selected switch element, operating voltages range from 10 µA/100 µV up to 250 V/5. Terminal choices include solder, solder/plug-in, and PCB styles. EAO Series 51 provides front protection to IP 65, is guaranteed for one million cycles, and complies with important national, international, and industry standards. The Series 51 is well-suited for applications in machinery, process control and automation, heavy-duty lifting and moving equipment, transportation, and medical.

Many of the world's leading manufacturers work with EAO as their partner for the integration of HMI Systems and Components with their mission-critical applications.
