Schroeder's new state-of-the-art Asset Management Filtration Station® provides ultra-efficient, cost-effective filtration with complete fluid quality monitoring, tracking and reporting capability via Schroeder's enhanced Asset Management software program, in one unit.
The AMFS is equipped with an on-board PC and controller that logs all of the data, while flushing, filtering and monitoring to ISO cleanliness all at the same time. The data is summarized into a simple Microsoft® Excel report tracked by the equipment ID number for easy import into most maintenance programs. Schroeder's AMFS is completely automatic, and can be programmed to run until the desired cleanliness codes are acheived. The touch screen display provides real-time graphics for easy monitoring of the filtering progress.
