CHARLOTTE, NC -- Alemite Corporation has launched a new fluid monitoring system for improving control and security of all types of bulk lubrication inventories.
Designated the ACCU-GUARD II Compact, the new monitoring system is suitable for small to medium size operations. The system is able to control up to 6 products to 6 dispensing points. It is ideal for use with most oils, ATF and petroleum-based fluids, is easily programmed for quarts, gallons or liters. The system operates from a common 110V power outlet.
The ACCU-GUARD II Compact controls tank totals and reorder levels, providing adequate stock inventory with +/-1 percent accuracy. Preset metering assures easy dispensing of fluids while maintaining control of inventory.
Its full alphanumeric controller gives customers the option of specifying entry options according to job, registration, vehicle ID or fleet number. Because of its advanced design, the user can
easily reconfigure the monitoring system on-site.
ACCU-GUARD II Compact prints a receipt for every transaction from its ticket printer or other RS232 compatible printer. The printout can include date and time, job number, operator ID, oil
grade, outlet number, quantity dispensed, attempts at unauthorized access and period usage summary.
