May 11, 2004 - Model DQ Valve combines matched set of characterized orifices with internal differential pressure regulating valve. By controlling pressure drop across orifices, flow rate remains constant. Since control portion is immersed in media, response time to pressure variations is immediate and hunting or oscillation is eliminated. Flow setpoint is adjusted through electronic 24 Vdc binary input. Up to 256 discreet settings are possible using 8-bit input.

Digital Input – Linear Flow Control Output

(Clawson, MI) -- The W.A. Kates Company DQ Valve combines a matched set of characterized orifices with an internal differential pressure regulating valve. By controlling the pressure drop across the orifices, flow rate will always remain constant. Since the control portion is immersed in the media that it is controlling, response time to pressure variations is immediate and hunting or oscillation is eliminated.

Easily adjust your flow setpoint through electronic 24 VDC binary input. 256 Discreet settings are possible using the 8 bit input. Once set, the DQ Valve will control your flow accurately, regardless of changes in your process. Just set it and forget!
