Accepting 665 Series covers and device plates, Steel City® 665-AV2 Floor Boxes feature 2 in. knockouts that enable pre-terminated audio visual cables and connectors to be pulled through 2 in. conduit. Rectangular adapters allow voice, data, and AV connectors to be mounted using standard GFCI device plate, while Keystone-style connectors meet wide range of low-voltage applications. Boxes are available with solid aluminum and solid brass covers as well as non-metallic covers.

Thomas & Betts' New Steel City® Floor Box Features Two-Inch Knockouts
Pre-terminated audiovisual cables can be pulled easily through two-inch conduit
MEMPHIS, Tenn., - The new Steel City® 665-AV2 Floor Box from Thomas & Betts features two-inch knockouts that enable pre-terminated audiovisual (AV) cables and connectors to be pulled through two-inch conduit, making AV wiring easier to install. The boxes also feature recessed service with four compartments to accept power, voice, data and AV connections.
Steel City 665-AV2 floor boxes accept standard 665 Series covers and device plates to mount a variety of AV components. Rectangular adapters allow voice, data and AV connectors to be mounted using a standard GFCI device plate. Keystone-style voice, data and AV connectors meet a wide range of low-voltage applications. Device plates are also available that accept Extron® MAAP plates to accommodate any AV requirements.
Steel City 665-AV2 floor boxes are available with solid aluminum and solid brass covers - an industry exclusive. Non-metallic covers are also available.
