Floor Scales Become Computer Peripherals
EAST ROCKAWAY, NY.....Arlyn Scales' Series 5200 Floor Scales known for their ability to handle heavy loads starting at weight capacities of 2,500 lbs and up, can now be used as a computer peripheral with the help of USB compatibility.
With the optional USB interface, this scale is now able to download information directly to a Windows based database program. This improved functionality affords the user greater power to track, store and manipulate weighing data in a database or spreadsheet format.
Additional valuable features include stainless steel load cells for maximum ruggedness, and a LCD indicator with 1" high graphics digits. It has pushbutton tare and units conversion and a low profile platform for easy loading and unloading.
Readability is as low as 0.5 lbs. and all models are also available in all stainless steel versions. Other options include 4-20 mA output, 8-level set-point controller or RS-232 computer interface compatibility. Accompanying ramps are also available in a variety of sizes.
All scales are manufactured and sold direct from the factory with prices for the Series 5200 starting at $1199.
