Pad material is resilient and will not lose its shape or deteriorate when heavy equipment is placed on it. It uses coated vinyl loop construction called that absorbs sound and vibration. It is resistant to fungus, mildew, acids, and organic solvents and will withstand bleach and other chemical bases such as sodium hydroxide and ammonia.

Success Of Noise & Vibration Pads Results In New Custom Sizes For Floor Units
January, 2002--Martison-Nicholls, Inc. announces anti-noise and vibration Nomad padding for even greater noise & vibration reduction.
Adding to its standard line of 12", 15", and 18" square pads, Martinson-Nicholls now offers custom sizes for both floor and counter units, regular 1/2" and heavy-duty 1" thickness. Orders for the heavy duty pad have Increased significantly due to positive customer feedback regarding their considerably improved anti-noise and anti-vibration benefits.
Martinson-Nicholls pads replace conventional foam pads in a variety of applications including laboratories (centrifuges, etc.) offices (dot matrix printers, etc.) commercial and industrial settings where unwanted noise and vibration are present. The pad material is extremely resilient and -will not lose its shape or deteriorate when heavy equipment is placed on it, even floor mounted units.
The Nomad pad employs a coated vinyl loop construction called "vinyl spaghetti" that absorbs sound and vibration. It is resistant to fungus, mildew, acids, and organic solvents and will withstand bleach and other chemical bases such as sodium hydroxide and ammonia. The product is easy to clean by shaking. vacuuming, washing or spraying with a hose. Since it is water resistant it dries quickly. It can be easily disinfected if contact is made with blood or other hazardous material. Standard colors are ebony, granite, and mocha.
