Floating Alligator Head Replica Scares Geese, Fish Eating Birds, Small Animals, and more

Chicago, IL. GatorGuard is a life-sized floating replica of an alligator head designed to scare geese, ducks, fish-eating birds and small animals from the water areas they love. Unlike stationary owls that are ineffective because of their lack of movement, GatorGuard moves and bounces all around the pond with the wind and water. The mirror-backed flashing eyes reflect the sun from constantly-changing angles, so birds think this predator is watching their every move. This movement and change make it virtually impossible for birds to acclimate to a fixed pattern. GatorGuard works in all geographic areas, even those that have never seen an alligator, because it is based on instinctive fear, not necessarily experienced fear. The pests recognize predator-like patterns and flee.

GatorGuard is made of durable, weather-proofed urethane foam with UV protected coating designed to last many years. An eye-hook on GatorGuard's underside makes it easy to anchor. It's
environmentally friendly, unassuming and ideal for any area (water or land) infested by birds: golf courses or park districts, condominium, school, or industrial park lakes and landscapes, gardens, cemeteries, fish and shrimp farms, commercial fisheries, industrial waste water areas, municipal water utilities, koi ponds, pools or anywhere else.

Available immediately, price is $69.00 (distributors are welcome). Dimensions are 25 inches long, 11 inches wide and 7 inches tall. Weight 4 pounds. Coverage to 1 acre (0.4 hectares) depending on the size, shape and surrounding area. From the Bird Control "X-Perts" Bird-X Inc.
