June 10, 2005 - Series L070/L071 combines hazardous duty design with optional 15 A, SPDT snap acting switch contact. Standard 316L stainless steel devices operate in fluids with specific gravities as low as 0.40. They are available in 1 in. and 2 in. NPT as well as BSP, ANSI flange, and optional NEMA enclosures. Series L070/L071 is rated Class I, Division 1, Groups C, D, and E and is suited for combustible and pressurized storage tanks, seal pots, scrubbers, and pump systems.

Float Switch for High Pressure and Hazardous Locations Available with 15 Amp Contacts

The new L070/L071 float switches from Innovative Solutions combine hazardous duty design at pressures to 5000 PSIG with an optional 15 amp, SPDT snap acting switch contact. These FM and CSA approved devices are available in 1 ” and 2” NPT as well as BSP, ANSI flange and various other special mounts and optional Nema enclosures. The standard all 316L stainless steel device operates in fluids with specific gravities as low as 0.40 and affords excellent corrosion, pressure and temperature protection. The 5000 PSIG version features a titanium float that is equally as light and versatile. The L070/L071 are rated Class I, Division 1, Groups C, D & E and is ideal for combustible and pressurized storage tanks, seal pots, scrubbers, pump systems and a wide variety of installations and applications.
