Available in 3 shapes and sizes for pressures up to 750 psi, unit includes high temperature and pressure 316 SS float and stem, and 20 VA dry contact with selectable NO or NC state via float orientation. Switch accuracy is ±3 mm in water, while repeatability is ±1 mm.

Los Alamitos, CA (June 15, 2003) -- The general-purpose, high-temperature LV30 series float level switch is an ideal choice for relatively clean water, diluted chemical or petroleum-based liquids with non-coating and/or scaling characteristics. Media examples include hot deionized water and cooking oil. The dry contact closure provides a reliable switch interface with remote devices such as a PLC, SCADA or alarm. The sensor mounts vertically inside the tank on the end of a sealed pipe apparatus. Available in three shapes and sizes for pressures up to 750 psi, switch features include (1) high temperature and pressure 316 SS float and stem design, and (2) 20 VA dry contact with selectable NO or NC state via float orientation.
Switch accuracy is ±3 mm in water while repeatability is ±1 mm. Allowable process temperatures range from -40°C to 149°C (-40°F to 300°F). Sensor material is 316SS and rated at NEMA 6/IP68. Wire length provided is 24" (61 cm). For pump, valve or alarm automation, the high-temperature switch can be packaged with a
Flowline remote relay controller. The controllers feature 10A relays, adjustable time delays, LED indicators, NO or NC invert and latch switches. Switches are CE compliant.
