FlexStat® 60 static dissipative, polyurethane hose features .60 in. thick wall reinforced with rigid external ABS helix and embedded copper grounding wire. Bendable product, featuring clear wall with yellow helix, has smooth interior that minimizes friction loss. Operating from -40 to +200°F, hose comes in 4, 5, 6, and 8 in IDs and 25 and 50 ft lengths and exhibits 108-1010 Ohms/Sq surface resistivity.

Flexible Hose for Bulk Pneumatic Conveying
A new, heavy-wall static dissipative polyurethane hose that is very flexible and designed to replace heavy-wall PVC and rubber hose in bulk pneumatic conveying applications is being introduced by FLEXAUST of Warsaw, Indiana.
FlexStat® 60 Static Dissipative Hose is made from a specially formulated polyurethane, features .60" thick wall, reinforced with a rigid external ABS helix, and an embedded copper grounding wire. Designed for demanding bulk pneumatic conveying applications, this bendable heavy-wall static dissipative hose has a smooth interior to minimize friction loss.
Ideally suited for bulk pneumatic handling from railcars or silos into vessels or tanks, FlexStat® 60 Static Dissipative Hose has a clear wall with a yellow helix and comes in 4", 5", 6", and 8" I.D. sizes in 25- and 50-foot lengths. Exhibiting 108-1010 Ohms/Sq. surface resistivity, this static dissipative pneumatic conveying hose operates from -40°F to 200°F.
