Eximo Launches Flexible Hose for Liquid Transfer Needs
Liquiflex from Eximo is manufactured from food grade PVC and has high resistance to both internal and external pressures.
Liquiflex has a diverse number of applications including the transfer of liquids in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and water treatment industries as it can withstand extremes of both hot and cold temperatures of between 0 and +60 degrees Celsius.
Eximo’s Liquiflex is crush-resistant and can be used for the delivery and suction of liquids including beer, milk, fruit juices, wine, spirits and a range of other liquid products.
Designed and made in Germany, Eximo’s Liquiflex consists of a smooth, soft transparent PVC wall combined with rigid anti-shock red PVC-reinforced helix rings, which gives it not only high flexibility but also high strength, structural integrity and a high degree of flexibility even at low temperatures.
Made in diameters of between 20 – 150 mm, Eximo’s Liquiflex is totally Phthalate-free and conforms to EU and FDA regulations, has a bend radius of between 90 to 680 mm and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.
Being made of heavy-duty PVC, Liquiflex is also resistant to a number of harsh and hazardous chemicals including Ammonium Sulphate, Ammonia, Aluminium Sulphate, Calcium Chloride, Citric Acid, Ferric Chloride, Glycerine, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulphuric Acid and Zinc Chloride.
