UltraŽ PP dispense tips, featuring flexible polypropylene shafts, are suited for working with scratch-prone substrates. Used with air-powered benchtop dispensers or automated dispense valves, products ensure trouble-free application of adhesives, lubricants, and other assembly fluids. Available in ˝ or 1˝ in. lengths, tip come with IDs from .054-.010 in. Color-coded hubs feature SafetyLok(TM) threads for secure attachment to syringe barrels or dispense valves.

Flexible Dispense Tips Access Hard-to-Reach Areas, Won't Scratch Delicate Surfaces
EFD's UltraŽ PP dispense tips, with flexible polypropylene shafts, are ideal for reaching into hard-to-access areas or working with scratch-prone substrates.
Designed for use with air-powered benchtop dispensers or automated dispense valves, precision engineered PP tips will ensure accurate, trouble-free application of adhesives, lubricants and many other assembly fluids.
Flexible PP tips are available in ˝" or 1-1/2" lengths, with internal diameters from .054" (15 gauge) to .010" (25 gauge). Color-coded tip hubs feature EFD's SafetyLok(TM) threads for secure attachment to handheld syringe barrels or automated dispense valves. The tips are packaged in lint-free, lot-numbered transparent boxes that simplify inventory and process control.
