Suited for light- and medium-duty applications, 1stFlex(TM)200 has tubular steel frame and resin skate wheels with internal steel ball bearings. Internal structure minimizes friction while optimizing load bearing capacity (90 lb/ft). With same frame, 1stFlex(TM)300 has 300 lb/ft capacity and employs heavy-duty steel skate wheels with 10,000,000+ revolution service life. Both models, offered in 12-24 ft lengths and 18-24 in. widths, can be adjusted for heights from 18-40 in. via knob.

'1stFlex(TM)' Family of Flexible Conveyors offered for both Light/Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Applications
September 18, Jeffersonville, IN- 1st Source Products announces its new line of flexible conveyors, 1stFlex(TM), available via its online store or by contacting its sales offices in either the Indianapolis or Louisville, KY areas.
The 1stFlex(TM)200 model is for light/medium duty applications. Its frame is constructed of strong, tubular steel, and features high quality resin skate wheels with internal steel ball bearings and a specially engineered internal structure that produces super low friction and excellent load bearing capacity in medium/light duty applications. It has a capacity of 90 lbs. per foot.
The 1stFlex(TM)300 model offers the same strong, steel frame and heavy duty steel skate wheels with over 10,000,000 revolution service life. It is rated for a capacity of 300 lbs. per foot.
Both models can easily be adjusted for height from 18" to 40" with the turn of a knob. Each conveyor includes leg connector brackets to facilitate connection to other flexible conveyors, and an integral package stop to prevent packages from falling off the conveyor. Lengths from 12' to 24' and conveyor widths from 18" to 24" are available.
The 1stFlex family of flexible conveyors is ideal for use in a multitude of material and package handling applications, from distribution centers and warehouses, to department stores, restaurants, loading docks and assembly stations.
