Flexible Abrasive Wheels Clean, Polish and Blend Pipe Threads

A new line of flexible, cotton fiber abrasive wheels that last up to five times longer than unitized wheels for pipe thread cleaning, polishing and blending is being introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, MA.

Rex-Cut Smooth Touch(TM) Deburring, Blending and Finishing Wheels are made of cotton fiber impregnated with abrasives and a proprietary bond that allows them to last up to five times longer than unitized wheels, claims the firm. Flexible and forgiving, they run smoothly and will not change the geometry of pipe threads, making them ideal for cleaning, polishing and blending.

Ideally suited for cleaning oil field pipe threads made of stainless steel, inconel, other super-hard alloys, iron and aluminum, Rex-Cut Smooth Touch(TM) Deburring, Blending and Finishing Wheels come in 2", 3", 4", and 6" dia. sizes in 1/8", 1/4" and 1/2" thick, with coarse, medium and fine grits.
