Monitor can be specified with support for RS-232 or USB interface for touch screen. Mounting options include panel, wall, or VESA arm.

Advantech Launches New 6 Inch Flat Panel Monitor
(Cincinnati, Ohio - 11/2/2005) - The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech introduces the 6 inch FPM-3060G. The new flat panel monitor has high luminance, compact design, and can be easily integrated with UNO-2000 and MBPC-200 fan-less embedded platform products for a physically separated Operator Interface Terminal (OIT). These unique functions and its rugged enclosure make FPM-3060G very suitable for the machinery control platform.
With a brightness of 400 nits, it's 42% brighter than a laptop PC. This feature will enable the display to be operated in an area which has a bright background. The FPM-3060G's compact design makes it easy to install and with a standard VGA port, a normal industrial PC integration is also possible.
A robust housing is clearly an important factor in the design of FPM-3060G. The chassis is in stainless steel with an aluminum front bezel and an anti-reflective tempered glass. Like all FPM models, FPM-3060G has a NEMA 4 and IP65 rating for its front panel, which makes installation in a misty or dusty environment possible. FPM-3060G is particularly designed to be operated in harsh environments with temperatures reaching as high as 140 degrees.
FPM-3060G can be ordered with support for RS-232, or the increasingly popular USB interface for the touch screen. Mounting options include panel, wall, or VESA arm, which allows for a wide range of application possibilities.
