New Flare Truck Cuts Manual Removal of Laundry from Tilting Washers, Extractors, Dryers

Clever Cutaway Permits Laundry Truck To Fit Under Tilted Machinery

Ashtabula, OH: A new laundry flare truck from laundry product manufacturer Meese Orbitron Dunne Co., Ashtabula, Ohio (www.MODLaundry.com) features a clever sidewall cutaway that permits placement directly underneath tilting laundry equipment to promote complete load transfer into the waiting cart while reducing the need for workers to bend and reach into the tilting machinery for manual removal. Ideal for use with tilting washers, washer-extractors, dryers and other tilt laundry equipment, the ergonomic Poly-Trux® 54P-40E bulk laundry truck may be nestled nearly flush against the machinery to eliminate the gap created when traditional flare trucks with straight sidewalls are set next to the machinery.

Rotationally molded with 100% polyethylene, the Poly-Trux® 54P-40E bulk laundry truck combines a rugged, waterproof bulk bin with a series of internal support ribs and a powder coated steel base set on six, industrial-strength Colson casters as standard to provide an impressive load capacity of up to 1,300 lbs. (590 kg). The new laundry handling truck measures 76" long to accommodate a wide variety of laundry equipment and stands 32" high for worker ease and comfort. The ergonomic Poly-Trux® 54P-40E stacks and nests for efficient transportation and storage and is available in a choice of 16 standard plus optional custom colors.
