Abrasive nylon flap wheel drums, made of flexible nylon abrasive filaments, come in 46 and 80 grit sizes. Stainless steel wire flap wheel drums are made from .008 in. thick stainless steel wire that does not leave oxidizing deposit on work surfaces. Brass plated wire flap wheel drums, made from wire that will not scratch harder metals or create sparks, comes in .008 and .0120 in. thicknesses. All come in 4 x 2¾ x ¾ in. keyhole arbor, 4 x 2¾ in. x 5/8-11-hub, and 4 x 4 x ¾ in. keyhole arbor.

CGW Expands Flap Wheel Drum Line
NILES, Ill. - CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels expanded its flap wheel drum line for large-scale metal finishing with the introduction of wire flap wheel drums with keyhole arbors.
The new wire flap wheel drum line includes abrasive nylon, stainless steel and brass-plated wire options. Abrasive nylon flap wheel drums are made of flexible nylon abrasive filaments that allow work to be accomplished at lower speeds with lighter pressure for applications that require a drum with flexibility. The new abrasive nylon flap wheel drums are available in 46 and 80 grit sizes and 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor, 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 5/8-11-hub and 4-inch by 4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor.
The high-temperature-resistant stainless steel, wire flap wheel drums are made from .008-inch thick stainless steel wire that does not leave an oxidizing deposit on work surfaces, providing rust-free results. The new stainless steel wire flap wheel drums are available in 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor, 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 5/8-11-hub and 4-inch by 4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor.
The new brass plated wire flap wheel drums are made from softer than standard wire which is designed to not scratch harder metals and to not create sparks. Brass-plated wire flap wheel drums are sold in .008 and .0120-inch thickness and 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor, 4-inch by 4-inch by 3/4-inch keyhole arbor and 4-inch by 2-3/4-inch by 5/8-11-hub.
