Units feature ISO 5211 direct mounting with adjustable packing, and can be equipped with manual handle or direct mount pneumatic or electric actuator. Fire-tested to API607 4th Edition and ISO 10497, valves meet stringent requirements of refinery, petrochemical, chemical process, process control, water and waste, and pipeline applications.

Assured Automations Announces New Flanged Ball Valve
Fire-tested Design Meets Stringent Requirements of Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical Process, Process Control, Water and Waste, and Pipeline Applications
The Assured Automation 4000 Series (150 or 300 ANSI) flanged ball valve is available in full port or standard port design. The body is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, trim (ball and stem) are 316SS. The 4000 Series is Fire-tested to API607 4th Edition & ISO 10497 with TFM seats providing superior high temperature performance and chemical resistance. ISO 5211 direct mounting with adjustable packing is a unique feature of the 4000 Series product line. It can be equipped with a manual handle or with direct mount pneumatic or electric actuators. The direct mount actuators eliminate the valve-actuator mounting kit provides compact assembly to ease installation and eliminates unnecessary height and expense. A full range of accessory items is available including limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners and manual override devices.
The Assured Automation 4000 Series has been used successfully in many industrial applications, including refineries, petrochemical, chemical process equipment, process control applications, water and waste applications and pipeline applications.

When a leading dye plant encountered difficulty in evacuating water from their commercial washing machines, they contacted Assured Automation to recommend a solution. When fitted with a spring return pneumatic or electric actuator, the 4000 Series Valve provides a fail safe automatic shut off, avoiding manual intervention in dangerous environments.
When employing a steam service where the volume of low pressure steam delivery is critical, Assured Automation's 4000 Series Flanged Ball Valve's high coefficient enables delivery of high volume steam to a large distribution network typically needed to heat hospitals and college campuses. Utilities also employ the valve in underground distribution in heating and cooling systems.
Also the 4000 Series Flanged Ball Valve is the valve of choice in situations where a tight shut-off is required. The quick quarter-turn shut-off and closing can be easily and economically be automated either electronically or pneumatically.
