Suited for hydraulic flanges, flange seals provide resistance to extrusion and compression set over temperatures from -40 to +230°F and pressure rating of up to 6,000 psi. They are designed to fit SAE standard location groove on underside of flange and, with custom manufactured rectangular cross-section, are sized to fit within flage machined housing. Seals are available in 6 standard sizes to fit flanges from ½-2 in.

PIRTEK Introduces New Flange Seals
Hydraulic flanges are in use every day in high pressure applications across various industries. A new series of flange seals has been introduced by PIRTEK.
These new seals are manufactured from a high grade of polyurethane, which was developed for aggressive and heavy duty applications. The material provides added resistance to extrusion and compression set over a temperature range of -40°F to +230°F and a pressure rating of up to 6000 PSI.
Unlike common O-rings, these new seals are specifically designed to fit the SAE standard location groove on the underside of the flange. With a custom manufactured rectangular cross-section they are formed and sized to accurately locate within the flange machined housing.
The seals are available in six standard sizes to suit flanges from ½ inch to 2 inch.
