Operating in S-band at 3263.31 MHz, RoHS-compliant SFS3263A-LF features typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc. It delivers typical output power of 9 dBm with VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 33 mA (typ) over -40 to +85ºC range. Additional characteristics include typical phase locked loop voltage and current of 3 Vdc and 13 mA, respectively, as well as typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -10 dBc.

Fixed Frequency Synthesizer: SFS3263A-LF Features Low Phase Noise
SAN DIEGO, October 2, 2008: Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant Fixed Frequency Synthesizer model SFS3263A-LF in S-band. The SFS3263A-LF is a single frequency synthesizer that operates at 3263.31 MHz. This Synthesizer features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc.
The SFS3263A-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 9 dBm with a VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 33 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40º to 85º C and phase locked loop typical voltage of 3 Vdc and typical phase locked loop current of 13 mA.. This Fixed Frequency Synthesizer features typical 2nd harmonic suppression of -10 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's industry standard PLL-V12N package with low shield measuring 0.60 in. x 0.60 in. x 0.13 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The SFS3263A-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
