Available in ½–6 in. sizes, ED50 API 607 fire safe certified ball valve series is designed for applications from fuels to 150 psi steam. Full port valves have ANSI class 150# flanges; 316 stainless steel body, ball, and stem; RTFE seats; and graphoil seals. Products support manual operation with locking lever handles, automation with traditional actuators, mounting to spring return deadman handles, or use with FM approved thermal shut-off (fusible link) assemblies.

BI-TORQ® Valve Automation’s ED50 API 607 fire safe certified ball valve series has been expanded to include a 6” valve.
Designed for superior performance in a wide range of applications from fuels to 150 psi steam, the valves are full port and have ANSI class 150# flanges. The series boasts a 316 stainless steel body, ball, and stem. Seats are RTFE and seals are graphoil. The series also comes with belleville washers, adjustable stem packing, and an ISO mounting pad to ensure long life and ease of automation. Now available in 1/2” through 6” in size, the valves can be manually operated with locking lever handles, automated with traditional actuators, mounted to spring return “deadman” handles, or used in conjunction with our FM approved thermal shut-off (fusible link) assemblies.
