March 24, 2005 - Hand-Held Finishing Sticks are made from reinforced non-woven cotton fiber and abrasive grains, bonded and pressed together to constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they work. Capable of deburring, edge-breaking, removing parting lines from molds, and finishing in one step, sticks come in variety of sizes to fit holes and slots precisely. Round sticks are available 3/16 x 4 in. to ½ x 4 in. and squares come in 3/16 x 4 in. to ½ in. sq x 4 in.

Hand Held Finishing Sticks Sizes Match Holes and Slots Precisely


A full line of cotton fiber hand held finishing sticks that offer a gentle finishing action with fast, controlled deburring and come in a variety of sizes is available from Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut® Hand Held Finishing Sticks are constructed from reinforced non-woven cotton fiber and abrasive grains, bonded and pressed together to constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they work. Capable of deburring, edge-breaking, removing parting lines from molds, and finishing in one step, they come in a variety of round, square, and flat sizes to fit holes and slots precisely.

Suitable for hand work and spin finishing, Rex-Cut® Hand Held Finishing Sticks will not change part geometry. Round sticks are available in sizes from 3/16 x 4" to 1/2 x 4" and squares come in 3/16' x 4" to 1/2" Sq. x 4". Six inch lengths are also offered. Aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives are available in various grain sizes, grades, and bonds.

Rex-Cut® Hand Held Finishing Sticks are priced from $3.95 each. Samples and literature are available upon request.
