Rex-Cut® Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are offered in 3 grades including coarse, medium, and fine grits for cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. Featuring smooth, controlled action, they are constructed with layers of non-woven synthetic fiber surface conditioning materials. Available in 4½ and 5 in. dia sizes with 7/8 in. holes or 5/8-11 adapters, with or without hubs, flap discs are rated for 13,300 rpm max.

A full line of finishing flap discs for blending and graining-in stainless steel welds on sinks, cabinets, and small vessels has been introduced by Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.
Rex-Cut® Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are offered in three grades: coarse, medium, and fine grits for cleaning, deburring, blending, and finishing stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. After removing weld splatter with coarse or medium, the fine grit is ideal for the surface conditioning of stainless steel to achieve a grained-in final finish.
Featuring smooth, controlled action, Rex-Cut® Megabrite T27 Finishing Flap Discs are constructed with layers of non-woven synthetic fiber surface conditioning materials and constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they work. Available in 4-½" and 5" dia. sizes with 7/8" holes or 5/8-11 adapters, with or without hubs, these flap discs are rated for 13,300 RPM max.
