New Filter Blowers from Kice Industries

New Kice Filter Blowers are engineered for the unique blower needs of baghouse filters - featuring heavy-duty construction, quiet operation and ability to handle a wide range of operating pressures. This makes them ideal for baghouse filters in virtually any application; including milling, grain handling, plastics, food processing, woodworking, mining, metalworking, chemical processing and more.

Typical baghouse filters create significant wear on blowers due to constant rise and drop in operating air pressure. To counteract these pressures, the specially designed Kice Filter Blowers are designed to operate in a range of air volumes from 40 CFM to 160 CFM, incorporate oversized bearings, oversized shafts, and an extra drive bearing for higher load ratings. Blower rotors are cast ductile iron, bodies are also constructed of heavy cast iron. Blowers feature a unique rotor tip design for high efficiency and low-speed operation, and oversized oil reservoirs allow Kice Blowers to run cool and quiet.

The efficiency of Kice Filter Blowers eliminates the need for cooling ribs on the exterior of the body, making sanitation and housekeeping easier.

Kice Filter Blowers are available as replacement blowers for existing systems or as a part of complete Kice Filters.
