Pneumatic Scale’s Easi-Flow Filler Offers Fast, Gentle Filling For Beverage Products

Pneumatic Scale’s Easi-Flow Filler is ideal for a wide range of beverage applications, including juices, water, wines, and distilled spirits. The Easi-Flow provides fast, accurate filling and low maintenance requirements. The filler can be coupled with a variety of closers and pluggers, and is also available in a monoblock configuration.

The Easi-Flow operates on a low vacuum/gravity filling system, which minimizes proof loss for distilled spirits applications. When running low-strength containers, straight gravity filling may be utilized alternatively. Pressure equalization ensures accurate fills, while a low vacuum filling nozzle prevents dripping.

A variety of inspection systems are available with the Easi-Flow Filler, such as down-bottle inspection and high/missing cap inspection. Additionally, Pneumatic Scale can accommodate fill level and high/missing cap inspections simultaneously.

The Easi-Flow promotes quick, tool-free changeovers by utilizing color-coded, no-tool Mark II changeparts. Additionally, maintenance is minimized by employing a cluster lubrication plate and cam-operated container lift platforms.
