Able to function in environments facing temperatures up to 432°F and pressures up to 30,000 psi, Seal-Connect Fiber Optic Extreme Connectors are available in single- or multi-mode configurations. Insertion loss per channel is less than 0.5 dB and back reflection is -50 dB. Units can be manufactured in Inconel® 718, Hastelloy® C-276, or Stainless Steel 17-4pH.

Greene, Tweed's new leading-edge Seal-Connect® Fiber Optic Extreme technology transfers data at rates ten times faster than traditional copper designs, allowing the user to make proactive, real-time decisions. Functioning in environments facing temperatures as high as 432° F (225°C) and pressures up to 30,000 psi (2,070 bar), Fiber Optic Extreme is available in single- or multi-mode configurations. Fiber Optic Extreme's insertion loss per channel is less than 0.5dB, and the back reflection is -50dB. The patent-pending design can be manufactured in lnconel®718, Hastelloy®C-276 or Stainless Steel 17-4pH.
