B&W Tek, Inc Announces Sol(TM) 2.6 Fiber Coupled NIR Spectrometer

B&W Tek, Inc., an advanced instrumentation company producing optical spectroscopy and laser systems announces the Sol(TM) 2.6 Fiber Coupled NIR Spectrometer.

The Sol(TM) 2.6 is a high performance linear InGaAs array spectrometer featuring 256 pixels and providing high throughput and large dynamic range with TE Cooling down to -15°C and a standard spectral range from 1550-2550nm. This spectrometer features a built-in AutoZero function resulting in exceptionally low noise and high dynamic range. It is designed with four levels of gain, producing great results for most applications in low light level NIR detection. The Sol(TM) 2.6 is also equipped with a built-in three-stage cooler, with no external control box, allowing for easy integration just by providing +5VDC power.

"The Sol(TM) 2.6 has the lowest percentage of dead pixels out of any spectrometer in its class, making it ideal for process monitoring, quality control, and biological applications," says Jack Zhou, COO of B&W Tek, Inc.
