Featuring 800 nits color display and sunlight-readable touchscreen, GOT-812 industrial computer utilizes 1.6 GHz Intel® Atom(TM) processor N270 with 945GSE Express chipset. It operates in temperatures from -20 to +55°C and withstands shock/vibration up to 3 G for CompactFlash(TM) and 2 G for 2.5 in. HDD storage. Measuring 12.1 in. and 59 mm thick, unit includes 2 DDR2 DIMM sockets up to 2 GB, 2 RS-232 ports, and 2 hi-speed USB 2.0 ports. Optional wireless kit and Ethernet are available.

Taipei, Taiwan, October 22, 2009 - AXIOMTEK confidently unveils the 12.1-inch robust fanless touch panel computer, the GOT-812. It is integrated in an IP65-rating housing with sunlight readable technology, wide operating temperature and optional 802.11a/b/g/n wireless support. Plus, this extreme rugged unit chooses Intel® Atom(TM) processor N270 1.6 GHz with Intel® 945GSE Express chipset to offer great computing performance at low power consumption. Thus, the GOT-812 is best suited for operation under severe conditions like outdoor environments in extreme sunny or rainy day, dusty or wet spaces in food factories or kitchens, ships exposed to ocean salt water and more harsh applications.
By adopting IP65-rating water/dust-proof stainless steel housing, the GOT-812 protects the entire system from outside damage under any rugged environment. Its sunlight readable technology with high brightness 800 nits color display and low reflective touchscreen allows the screen legible even under strong sunlight. In addition, the touchscreen is able to provide viewer the vivid interactive experience. To stand the extreme range of working temperature, AXIOMTEK equips the GOT-812 with durability from -20°C to +55°C. Moreover, it can stand shock and vibration up to 3G for CompactFlashTM and 2G for 2.5" HDD storage devices. The optional 802.11a/b/g/n wireless kit and 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet are available for network connection.
