Standard features include six 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, LAN bypass support, 4 GB max DDR3 SO-DIMM, 2.5 in. SATA HDD, and mainstream CFast(TM) socket. PCIe Mini card (USB-type) is available for WiFi card installation.

Fanless Desktop Network Appliance with Intel® Atom(TM) D525 and 6 Gigabit LANs for SOHO Users - NA-340FL

Taipei, Taiwan - Axiomtek is pleased to introduce NA-340FL, a new 1U-type fanless network appliance platform based on Intel® Atom(TM) processor D525 dual core at 1.8 GHz with Intel® ICH8M chipset for SOHO markets. Six Gigabit Ethernet ports are integrated into this unit with one pair supporting LAN bypass function. In addition, this fanless industrial grade network appliance supports DDR3 SO-DIMM memory up to 4GB and features a 2.5" SATA HDD and mainstream CFast(TM) socket for event log storage. A PCI Express Mini card (USB-type) is available for WiFi card installation. Measuring 44mm in height and weighing 2.5kg, the NA-340FL is very compact and easily fits into any confined space and harsh environment. This entry-level network appliance platform is an excellent choice for applications in VPN, content filtering, UTM, network security gateway, firewall and much more.

In order to address the various network application needs, the NA-340FL features: one 2.5" SATA HDD; one CFast(TM) slot; one console port; two USB 2.0 ports; and one PCI Express Mini card (USB-type). For easy maintenance, there are front-facing LED indicators on the panel for power and HDD activity monitoring. The unit also supports mainstream Linux kernel 2.6 operating systems.
