Gateway Safety's New GirlzGear(TM) Collection Meets the Need for Women's Sizes in Eye and Head Protection
February 9, 2012-According to OSHA, safety equipment that is not sized, or does not fit, properly can seriously compromise personal safety on the job. A recent survey of manufacturers of protective equipment at a National Safety Council annual meeting found that only 14 percent offered safety products in women's sizes. The lack of appropriate PPE for women can mean serious safety and health risks for those required to wear protective equipment on the job.
